In combination with our private talent network, we work with select clients to build AI-assisted outbound hiring funnels to fit their fast-paced hiring needs.

We use an interviewing method we call ‘PICC’ to identify talent we think will be future leaders in their chosen industry. We work with these talented individuals to find them their first roles & identify early career moves. We’re with our talent throughout their entire careers, from their first few jobs all the way to when they become leaders themselves.

We host a number of small in-person events in Boulder, Los Angeles, & New York, to deepen relationships among our talent network & recruiting clients.
